Return & Exchange Policy

At Namaya Jewels, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
✅ We also offer a refund within 15 days of your return request. (Refunds are processed online for online payments, or as store credit for COD payments.)

How to process a return or exchange:

Place all items, including the original invoice, in secure packaging.
Address it to:
B/1, Baleshwar Vihar, Opp. Tubewell Street, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380058
Ensure that:
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Damaged items during transit must retain tags for processing.
- Items damaged or altered after tags are removed may not be accepted and will be sent back.

Email us at namayajewels@gmail.com with product images, including packaging and tags, to schedule a return pick-up.

✅ Our courier partner will collect your package within 3–5 business days at no extra cost.
✅ After pickup, we will issue:

Store credit to your Namaya Jewels account (if created), or
Online refund within 15 business days, based on the option you selected at checkout.

Exchanges

You can exchange items for the same or a different product, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at namayajewels@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.

Note: Currently, we are unable to accept return requests for international orders.
